The salon

Behind the shop window on Stader Straße.

At reception there's a white marble-effect counter with the gold “m b” monogram, and behind it a shelf of hair care products against a petrol-blue wall. At the stations, blue salon chairs wait in front of tall mirrors with vertical light strips, alongside the wash area, a line-art drawing and a colourful painting: a woman with flowers in her hair.

A long bench with petrol-coloured cushions runs along the shop window, with dried flowers and pampas grass in a green vase and a view of the trees along the street. All of this right in the heart of Östliche Vorstadt, in the Hulsberg district – a place to leave everyday life outside for a while and head back out feeling good.

Consultation first

Before we get started, we talk: about your hair, your everyday life, what you'd like and what's realistic. Honestly – even if the answer is sometimes “better in two steps”.

An appointment with us is never a rush job. We take the time your hair needs – and the time a good conversation needs.

Maj-Britt Neufert-FrankeMaster hairdresser & owner

Maj-Britt earned her master hairdresser's certificate at 21 and has been working behind the chair for 17 years – the last five in her own salon on Stader Straße. Her strengths are highlights that look as if they've always been there, cuts for women and men that suit your type, and short styles with attitude. What she loves about the job: the conversations. She advises in German and English.

Vania has been part of the team since 2023. If you want to leave feeling different from when you walked in, she's the one to see: makeovers are her thing, as are women's and men's cuts, blow-drying and styling for every occasion – from Tuesday at the office to a wedding on Saturday. She speaks German and Portuguese.

Piotr joined in spring 2026 as the third member of the team – and colour is his speciality. Balayage and freehand techniques that look natural. Highlighting techniques placed with precision to give hair depth. Hair colours that bring out your personality rather than drown it out. He advises in German, English and Polish.
